What is SERP?
SERP (Search Engine Results Page) is a web page that opens after a user request has been entered in a search engine. It displays a list of links to found web pages. Among the elements of the SERP stand out:
- Organic search results are a list of relevant links to web pages whose contents most closely match the users query.
- Blocks with contextual advertising — paid links or advertisements.
- Shortcuts — the top of the page, which contains a ready-made response to a search query or other useful information.
- Related queries — custom query refinements (similar query suggestions).
